1. What Kisan Hisab is

Kisan Hisab is a farm record-keeping app. It covers income, expenses, crop seasons, labour attendance, parties and contract farming. It works offline on your phone. Its totals and reports are aids for your own records. They are not financial, tax or legal advice.

2. Your records are yours

• You own what you write in the app.
• You are responsible for:
  • entering correct information;
  • having the right to enter details about other people, such as workers and parties;
  • keeping backups.
• Your records are saved on your phone. If your phone is lost or reset without a backup, your records may be lost. We recommend Google Drive backup and Cloud Sync.

3. Free use and Pro

• Free: the core features. Some versions show adverts.
• Pro: extra features and no adverts, as described in the app. Cloud Sync is part of Pro. Pro is sold as a subscription or a one-time purchase through Google Play or the App Store.
• Billing and cancelling:
  • The store charges you, and its rules apply to billing, renewal, cancelling and refunds.
  • A subscription renews until you cancel it in the store.
  • Deleting your Kisan Hisab account does not cancel a store subscription.
• Restoring Pro: Pro belongs to the store account that bought it. On a new phone, tap Restore purchases with the same store account to bring it back.
• Your records stay free: the records you have already made stay readable and editable without Pro.

4. Your account and Cloud Sync

• You can sign in with Google or Apple. Signing in is free and optional. You do not need an account to use the app.
• Cloud Sync needs a signed-in account and an active Pro plan held by the book's owner.
• You can sign in on several phones with the same account. In Settings, Your phones lists them, and you can remove any of them. A removed phone stops syncing within an hour and keeps its own copy of your book.
• A cloud copy of your book's records is kept on servers we operate in India. Bill photos and documents added from the photo update on are stored with Amazon Web Services in Mumbai, India; see the Privacy Policy.
• Sharing a book: the owner of a book can invite up to four other people. Everyone in the book can see and change all of it. Only invite people you trust; you are responsible for who you invite, and you can remove them at any time.
• If Pro ends, sync pauses and your book stays on your phone.
• We work to keep the service available, but it may sometimes be interrupted. The app always keeps working offline.
• You can remove a cloud copy or delete your account at any time. It is deleted 30 days after you ask (see the Privacy Policy).

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app or our servers. This includes trying to reach other people's data, disrupting the service, or using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does.

6. Our responsibility

• As it is: the app is provided "as is". We work to keep it correct and reliable, but we cannot promise it will be free of errors.
• Our limit: to the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses arising from relying on figures in the app, or from records lost when no backup was kept. Our total responsibility for paid features is limited to the amount you paid us for Pro in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Changes and ending

• Changes: we may update the app and these terms. When the terms change, we will tell you in the app before they apply.
• Stopping: you may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Rajkot, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
